• If you accidentally bought the same product and/or service package more than once in error;
• If your credit card is billed for a monthly recurring service and it has been less than a month since final product delivery due to revisions or other errors in the production process;
• If your credit card is billed for a monthly recurring service after you have cancelled service (cancellation confirmation must occur at least 1 business day prior to the recurring payment date to ensure that payment is not processed);

Any refund must be authorized and processed by an agent of Vilixir, LLC. If a chargeback is processed without authorization, a collection agency will be employed to collect the fees and the customer will be responsible to pay the original fees, a 10% collection fee, and any fees required by the collection agency.
